Rideable roads or too sandy or dirt?

I'm trying to put together a little loop ride but don't know these roads at all. Here's a link to a google map showing the route I'd like to explore. Are these roads suitable for a street motorcycle? Are they paved? Much sand this time of year?

i just got back from decker/sedalia area and there was minimal sand on the roads. in my experience, most CR's ive been on arent paved

Taryall in parts and the C/D/E loop were dirt unless they paved them in the last year or so.
Do 285/Fairplay/Hwy9/Hwy24 to stay on pavement.

77 is paved but sucks, there are so many pottholes you will be dodging them for the 42 miles you are on it. 285 is nice at the beginning but I think stinks otherwise. If it was me I would do 285 to 126 to Decker, then 67 to Woodland Park, then 67 to Cripple Creek, then do the Victor Loop and 67 Back out to US24, then take that to I25, and then getting off in Monument for 105 and take that back up to Denver. Assuming you started in Denver...Which is a short ride of 195 miles. Not counting your starting point in Denver.

Is Deer Creek fun or should I skip it and just hit 285 out to the Pine turnoff?
