While it would be legal in all of those race classes you'd get murdered on one in the MRA. There are some race orgs doing a "Ninja 250 cup" and Kawasaki is even paying prize money in it, but the MRA is not one of those.
Looks like a fun motorcycle to be sure, just not one to race here in Colorado.
