Just playin, I dont even know what that really is

Onboard data acquisition and logging which surveys trajectory from GPS and engine and suspension parameters with dedicated sensors. Basically all that expensive and unobtainable electronic gizmos on the factory bikes.

OK I can see how that might help. I was really hoping we could get some more info from the rider, but like it was said, he may not even know. Thanks for the 411 Jim.

I think the point is that you dont need all that to determine why this rider crashed, contrary to someone's previous post on this thread.

You buy the MXL for $2199 for me and I will let you review the telemetry data as often as you like.

I only brought up the idea that the data might help understand what was happening. You took it further. Jim, you're an expert and real fast (top ten ROR). You race in all sorts of events and have lots of sponsors. You have great equipment and support. You are in the public eye and a spokesperson for racing and motorcycling in general. Your words, actions, thoughts and deeds--however simple they may be, are well intentioned, I'm sure. I wish you continued success.

And If I was rich, and if you win the championship in ROR, maybe I'd buy you one so you could share the information with everyone.

    . I needed that.

I'll take a hint. I'm done with this one. Time for a cool down lap.

Michael, I was only pointing out that telemetry data, whether its from a $2000 unit from AIM, or $200,000 unit on a motogp bike, isnt necessary to draw a conclusion why the rider in the video crashed. Believe me, I would love to have that AIM unit but alas I cant afford it. If you have as much of a chance of getting rich as me winning the ROR championship, then you wont be buying it for me anytime soon.

Re: Highside at Pueblo yesterday 04/21/08

Did you just call Pilot, Michael?

That's it! Pilots new name is now henseforth Kitt!

If I remember right, Kitt was the name of this talking car that this one guy drove around. I think that maybe he was the owner, or maybe it was just a lease, I can't recall.

But anyway, Kitt was this guys car. And they used to talk and drive around, whatever... Pick up chicks. I just can't remember what the flippin' dude's name was though!

I dunno Joe. That's a lot of spelling, to just re-nick somebody. Maybe you can mix in "Hoff" for short, but something inside of me just has to go with Kitt.

In all seriousness though.....does anyone know how the rider is? I have not seen anything on his condition posted??

P.S. Michael Knight's car was named KITT.

    K-Knight
    I-Industries
    T-Two
    T-Thousand

....and don't even get me started with Airwolf or the A-team....LOL, but that should be a different thread.
