OK - so I was just putzing around the MRA site, and I'm a bit puzzled...
Can some one explain to me why there are three races scheduled at High Plains Raceway for this season? The first of which is shown as being only 3 months away....

HPR hasn't even broken ground yet. Does the MRA know something I don't? Or is it just wishful thinking?
HPR has been canceled, they just dont know where we are goin to race for the HPR races

Yeah, I had a question similar to yours so I posted it on the MRA forums and damn did I stir the pot over there...
I guess they are still waiting on all the bids to come in and such. Basically it wont be open this year, but they say it will be ready spring of 09...
I guess we shall see then...
