My old boss in Price, UT (a couple hours south of the track) had 2 extra tickets, so I flew over the morning of the race. First time the World Superbike series has been to the US in 4 years, so it was a pretty big deal. Apparently they signed a 3 year contract with Miller Motorsports Park, so they'll be back there for the next 3 years!
It was an AWESOME day, I had a blast! It was sweet to see Checa win both World Superbike races on the new Blade (Honda 1000RR). Our seats were right outside of the S curve on the opposite side of the track from the starting line. The rules were super relaxed and they let you walk around and stand wherever you want, so we ended up standing at the very end of that 180mph straight by the starting line for the final race.

A few good ones:

Checa's monster burnout after winning the final race.
Look at that '08 1000RR out in front His tire slid coming out of the upcoming turn and he fell back to 6th place (this is all on the starting lap), and then ended up winning the race.
OK you guys can look at the other 200 on my site, hehe.
