Wow!!! What a great trip. I really like the shots of the beach with the gulls and the sunset across shoreline. Great stuff. The map turned out well for you.

Yeah, a lot of mexico is more beautiful than just about anywhere in the US, the border cities give it a bad name I especially like Colima, parts of Guadalajara (and it's suburbs), Mazamitla, parts of PV, etc.

I didn't hit anything. A deer T-boned me in AZ. That's why I cut the trip short--to get the bike back to Denver.

That explains why you need to find a new bike. Its good that you were able to limp it back home. Did you get hurt in the wreck?

Great pix. Not many of us think about riding that far south.

Sounds like an awesome trip. Too bad about the deer, and glad you weren't hurt and managed to make it home instead of being stuck that far from home. I like the Google trip thing, although too bad it doesn't linkt to specific sets of pics at your indicated waypoints.

I just love that you GOT HIT by a deer, did NOT put the bike down but they still justified totalling it. And now you have two! One for you and one for "the other you" ;-) Now let's just get Danny to ride once in a while....
