    sunday july 20th

    I am up for a long ride for sunday. I don't want to be the ride leader. I don't know the mountain roads very well. Since I have been racing I haven't felt the buzz to go canyon riding. But the buzz is here now. I unfornunatly missed the last few races and want to re-tune my skillz before I hit the August races. The morrison Conaco is where I would like to meet up with you fellaz...
