Need A wheelie mentor & 50+ tooth rear sprocket

    Hey Stunna's.....
I recently dropped one tooth on the front sprocket of my 2007 R1
It will now come up around 8000 rpm's with a roll on "only in 1st gear though" Nothing compared to Florida where I could get the bike up no problem in 1st 2nd and third just by twisting the thottle
I have'nt been to impessed with the oxygen around here
I think i wanna try a LARGE rear sprocket and put the stock front back on and try that ANY SUGGESTIONS ??
Anyone have Sprockets laying around ?
And finally can I kickit ?? I,d like to hang with some Stunna's to learn and
    improve.........

im from florida also. i went down one up 2, btu i have a 600. your bik ewill come up. you just need to clutch em. if you cant do that, then forget about the sprocket and work on that for now. but if you can do that, then just order it online. i got mine for liek 50 bucks i think and size didnt matter. try kneedraggers.com or parts411.com

thanks for the quick reply and usefull info. I only spent 9 months in florida im from california.........
I hate to pop the clutch cause of wheel spinnige and clutch wear.. are you talking about manimulating the clutch and not poping it ?
I've ridden all my life mostly dirt bikes. I'm 34 btw...started riding at 12ish
i've looped many a bike... and im not scared just think i need to ride with some real stunna's to juice there brains ,,,,

Clutching the front wheel is the most efficient way to do it. I often wonder what my bike would do if I could get it down to sealevel. I would hook some Oh up the intake but I am to busy huffing it myself.

i use to power it up when i was first learning, but clutching is the way to go. i understand you have been riding for a while and what not, but thats the first thing youll hear from any "stunna". thats how all the pros do it. i use to be the same way i dont want to wear/tear my clutch and what not. to hell with thatnow, i love how it sound when i clutch it up. i ride track and stunt and i havent noticed a thing yet for over year of clutching up wheelies. i ride my bike hard and its hasnt complained yet. you bike will be fine.

if your still weary abou tthe clutch then. do what works for you.

when i clutch it, depends if im trying to do slow stuff or just bring it up and ride it out fast.

slow: ill roll at liek 5mph, bring in the clutch, rev it too. x amount of rpm, and let out the clutch all in one motion, while still staying on the gas.
now if i could keep that wheelie under 15 mph id be a real "stunns"

fast: i accelerate, pull in the clutch and let it out quickly while still accelerating. ying, itll shoot up depending where you are in the rev range

dude larg sprockets dont mean dick.. you cant wheelie now its not the bikes fault..

and shifty if you want to come out to one of the spots pm me your number i call you the next we get back.. but i warn you its a lot not a road so not alot room for 100 mph wheelies... some new faces would be nice...

as long as you clean up your oil if you wreck unlike some other people in this damn town...
