    ???

Not sure what I'm looking at there. What part is that?

In regards to chains, make sure your chain is tensioned properly... Beyond that there isn't much to do to them except replace them when they get worn out. If part of the bike is rubbing then it's either the chain, or something else is out of alignment.

Nope chain is the right one, front sprocket is the Sprocket specilist 514X for the 520 conversion the chain is the same and so is the rear... May be it might be out of line? I just dont know.

Just based on the way it's rubbing, I'm inclined to agree with MileHigh - it looks like the front sprocket is too big.

How does the diameter of the new sprocket compare to stock?

Even though I run Sprocket Specialists sprockets, my experience with them is they usualy send the wrong parts. In fact, every time I have ordered sprockets from them, they have sent the wrong ones.

I don't see how your chain can be misaligned if you installed everything correctly.

according to www.calsportbike.com the right size sprocket was sent to me. It is a 514X and that is what it calls for.
