    Rear Tire Hugger?

What are the pros and cons? They seem to look kind of cool, but do they actually help with anything? Less rocks to the undertail? Less water spray? I'm not sure.

You hit the nail on the head, so they are both functional and add to the looks of your bike. I'm not sure what you ride, but I was able to put a CBR 600rr OEM rear tire hugger on my RC51 for about 15 bucks.

I've got an 03 GSXR 750. I found a hugger on Ebay for $75, but I didn't feel like dropping that much on it. It did look slick though.
