Same out in A-town... that's one upside to how fubar'd the housing market has gotten. Rental rates have been steadily climbing the last couple years and show no sign of slowing over the next couple. It's definitely a culture shift from 5 or so years ago when the Denver metro area had a glut of rental properties.
Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.
thats crappy (about rent going up), when we were renting our townhome in thornton it was a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with a small backyard and overside 2 car garage for $950/month.
