Well, as I mentioned before, the Gaytona Motor Group has a history of coming down on riders that speak out against the establishment, so it's not really a surprise to me. Especially as they have been very tight with the details of the DQ's and the appeal. Guess we'll never know. Hell, Yosh ought to boycott the last races just to give Spies and Mladin a break since 1st and second are sewn up, and let the guys on other riders have a chance to win. It might stop the whining...........nah, probably not.....

Pretty telling considering the appeal was denied within 30min of submission:

Honestly, the way it's all been shrouded in secrecy, nobody's sure WHAT they enforced. It's BS. I have to agree. If Mat broke the rules he should be punished. I dont care who you are or who you ride for, no one is above the rules. However the way this is being handled stinks to high heaven. This is really sounding like NASCAR where drivers learn early that you dont criticize NASCAR or you will pay the price
