One is the street version that will be available to the public. The other is the factory racebike that they have been testing.

The brakes, suspension, wheels, exhaust, and even the frame are different.
(Though it's hard to be sure on the frame since it's a different profile.)
+1 about Honda. Would be nice to have a more "accessable" version out there.The return of the V-4 in a sportbike... I hope Honda is paying attention.

Frame is the same but factory superbikes will have different brakes, suspension, wheels, exhaust, etc

I highly doubt it, The engine that is in the current RSVR/Factory is a Rotax and I do believe the contract expires this year. Though I wish they would continue to sell them...
Looks like I'll just have to get another bike sooner than the wife expects
