I agree but who really keeps the stock exhaust anyway.

Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.

Now THAT is a definite single seat bike!

I wonder if they're going to continue the RSV-R/Factory series for 'regular' folks to buy too?

I miss my '03. I still want that one (or one just like it) back.

Why does that article have two pictures of two completely different bikes?

One is the street version that will be available to the public. The other is the factory racebike that they have been testing.

because at the top of the article it say's:

The return of the V-4 in a sportbike... I hope Honda is paying attention.

I'm betting we'll see Clarkie on one of these next year.

The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

    Trim?
The brakes, suspension, wheels, exhaust, and even the frame are different.
(Though it's hard to be sure on the frame since it's a different profile.)

+1 about Honda. Would be nice to have a more "accessable" version out there.

And to hell with Clarkie.... look forward to seeing ME on one next season.
(Till they make me get off it and ban me from the showroom.)

Well... as long as you don't "Bertha" the bike in the showroom, they may only kick you out for a day or two...

I highly doubt it, The engine that is in the current RSVR/Factory is a Rotax and I do believe the contract expires this year. Though I wish they would continue to sell them...

Looks like I'll just have to get another bike sooner than the wife expects
