I needed a new bracket to mount the skid plate that came with my VStrom, since it didn't seem to come with that. Found it online at twistedthrottle.com. At first I thought I just needed a clamp, and placed the order. Turns out I needed a slightly more involved kit, so I was able to call them up and get the order fixed even though shipping was already working on it.
Anyway they responded to my original email very quickly, handled my self-induced problem over the phone with no issue, and seem pretty good to deal with. The prices seem quite reasonable for what I needed as well. I don't have the parts yet so hopefully the right thing gets shipped, but so far so good.
