Well, much as I like Nicky, with the exception of the fluke title 2 years ago, Dani has soundly beaten Nicky iin every year they've been contesting the MotoGP series together. Look at the results over the years. Nicky will get, what, 8th this year? Dani still has a shot at #2? By far the best Honda rider placing? Don't make me dig out the Motocourses.....Now that he's got experience, if he can do an injury-free season, he has a great shot at winning it. I mean, he has less years in the series by far, but more wins already?

^^^^^^^^^^ That's true, but look at who could hang with Rossi in the Rain. Hayden.
It doesn't rain enough to make a difference in the standings but, with everybody getting off-the-shelf tires (no rider concessions being made) it supposedly will be like it was raining out everyday.
...cause did'nt you know? Spec. tires will solve everything and be the great equalizer in MotoGP.
Anyway, that's what I'm basing my "Bold Prediction" on. I just hope Hayden doesn't get another POS bike like the one that Troy Bayliss and Loris Capirossi got stuck with 2004. I am a little concerned about the season that Marco had this year, while at the same time stoner was up at the front. However, I still think of Hayden as a dirt biker who can go fast on anything so, next year it will all be down to the setup.
That's my theory.
