    Sale on Oakleys

6pm.com is having a 50% off saleon a bunch of Oakley stuff. If you need new goggles for the ski/board season, now's a good time for it. Just thought someone could use it.

    Re: Sale on Oakleys

I bought Oakleys when they first came out with the "goggle-type" sunglasses. They were like $30? Then they came ot with progressively more expensive "fashion statements". I refuse to spend that kind of money on sunglasses when you can get equally optically-correct Foster Grants for $20. Same thing with helmets. With them being statements now, if they get any more expensive, I'll start buying the other brands. You can't tell me it cost's anywhere near $400+ to $600+ to make a friggin' helmet, when they were selling the same basic thing for $150 not too many years ago.
