Besides re-jetting for high altitude any recommendations? Air filters...octaine booster...

+1 splitfires are mostly gimmicky.
Up your amperage. Find a coil/HEI unit that goes to 11.
Be assured that a walk through the ocean of most souls would scarcely get your feet wet.
open up the air box (3x3 mod)
otherwise if you want more power out of a drz it takes $
Octane booster is not even a consideration, search octane on here and learn the facts about it.
