DUH!
Anyone who's bothered to read the constitution and watch Futurama knows that the V.P.'s job is to
cast the tie-breaking vote in the Senate AND protect the space-time continuum.
Read the Constitution people!
Be assured that a walk through the ocean of most souls would scarcely get your feet wet.

and I fixed that one for you
(btw, last crash was in second gear on a TZ125. As hard as it is to believe I managed to highside the thing out of turn three at PPIR. Highsiding the little bike isn't anything like the big bike. It's more like being attached to the end of a flyswatter.)
Actually I'm voting today, assuming I can get out of work on time.

Biden:
Looks like Joe needs to do a little reading of the constitution as well.Vice President Cheney has been the most dangerous vice president we’ve had probably in American history. The idea he doesn’t realize that Article I of the Constitution defines the role of the vice president of the United States, that’s the Executive Branch.

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

BWAHAHAHA. Yeah, so. The dewey decimal system is about as outdated as making fire with a couple of sticks. Sure, once in a blue moon you might need it, but really...
Thank god the days of spending hours in a library for research papers are gone. i still go there to surf for porn on someone else ISP though.

Did he research info on the 58th state for Obama?
PS: The mass media pressure to influence polls finally falters:
AP Poll All Tied: http://www.breitbart.com/article.php...show_article=1 (shows massive McCain gains in internals)
IBD/Tipp within 2.3: http://www.ibdeditorials.com/Polls.a...09546869309178 (also shows massive McCain gains)...
Contrary to other polls, some of which show Obama ahead by double digits, the IBD/TIPP Poll shows a sudden tightening of Obama's lead to 3.7 from 6.0. McCain has picked up 3 points in the West and with independents, married women and those with some college. He's also gaining momentum in the suburbs, where he's gone from dead even a week ago to a 20-point lead. Obama padded gains in urban areas and with lower-class households, but he slipped 4 points with parents.

18-points in suburban areas isn't massive? Put down the kool-aid.
Some more for you to consider once the kool-aid wears off...
_Posted big gains among likely voters earning under $50,000 a year; he now trails Obama by just 4 percentage points compared with 26 earlier.
_Surged among rural voters; he has an 18-point advantage, up from 4.
_Doubled his advantage among whites who haven't finished college and now leads by 20 points. McCain and Obama are running about even among white college graduates, no change from earlier.
_Made modest gains among whites of both genders, now leading by 22 points among white men and by 7 among white women.
_Improved slightly among whites who are married, now with a 24-point lead.
_Narrowed a gap among unmarried whites, though he still trails by 8 points.
