I didnt get to see this news thing but i have heard about it and i think that these guys got had buy some reporter that had seen then and chaced them down. Maybe they thought it would be a good way to show the people out their that its not all that crazy to do some stunts, but thats jsut my opionion never saw the report.
Nobody chased them down,they had every oportunity to not do it, and were encouraged not to do it.
