Pretty remarkable stuff. A doctor was able to place bone marrow from a genetically-immune person in a Leukemia patient with HIV. The marrow replicated and seems to have actually cured the man's AIDS. It's certainly a long way from anything that could be considered as a usable method, and has a high mortality rate in and of itself (to say nothing of the disease), but it's still groundbreaking.
