Not real familiar with T-town, but isn't there a Village Inn or Cracker Barrel around I-25 & 120th?

I'm thinking something more Aurora-ish so the rest of us can meet up too.

The only cost to participate in the 23rd Annual Toy Run to The Children's Hospital is a new, unwrapped toy. To get an idea of what the kids at The Children's Hospital need, download their wish list (requires Adobe Acrobat).

    Sounds good to me!

Separate thread for this one coming in a minute, getting something of a headcount will probably help.

I think you will both need to register. I'm guessing they both want you to sign the waiver.

Don't go to the Parker store! They won't register you... They told me to go to the Aurora store... That was a wasted trip.

I am planning to meet with a few others at the Cracker Barrel at I25 and 120th. Not sure on the time yet. We will probably meet up with the rest of the CSC after that.

About what time will the group roll out of the VI?

Joe, are you and your sister going to come up this way?

Not with the meeting place 8 minutes from my house!!
I'll go down to Sun HD tomorrow and get my arm bands, and hopefully be done with that ordeal.

Im in, I know the Southies are meeting up at 8am...I think 8am would be a good time for us Northies to meet up as well. Are we trying to find a final destination point to meet up with the Southies and caravan as one large group to the park?

Should we start a new thread in the Regional/North Metro section on meeting for breakfast?

Re: The Toy Run to The Children's Hospital

You guys can meet up where you want, but I'd still suggest you be at VI by about 9:15ish to move out. You will not be able to get with everyone else once we're at the park, you do the ride in the order you got there in. The only way the CSC will stay as a group is if we arrive together.

Whoever's in charge of the north breakfast spot shoot me a PM, I'll give you my cell #. Call me that morning if something comes up.

Re: The Toy Run to The Children's Hospital

Let's do the Cracker Barrel at 7:30. That should give us time to get eat and meet up with everybody else at the VI by 9:15.

    PM sent, Ralph.

Re: The Toy Run to The Children's Hospital

Yeah...the Parker Store was a big waste! I was told to go to the one by Grand Prix. They want to see ID's and you have to bring your passenger if you have one with you or they wont give you an armband. Otherwise they want the sheet notarized?!?! So they are open til 6 every night for the Southies and a bunch of us are going on Saturday. They make this pretty difficult I've decided!

Re: The Toy Run to The Children's Hospital

Registered today at Sun with no problems.

Another good reason not to go to a HD shop on Sunday morning: With the possibility of 10,000 bikes and a limited number of HD shops, I hope they are ready for all the traffic problems they will create. The only part of the ride that is police escorted is the part from the Sports Complex to the hospital.

    I tried to warn ya...

Went by the HD store up off of Airport & I-70 after work today... had no problems. Very friendly lady working the front desk.

    Road conditions?

So what's it looking like on the roads out there. Especially in and around Aurora?

Hope CDOT and the weather co-operate in the next couple days. Because it's still pretty icy and snowpacked in my neighborhood and the main roads are not what I'd call rideable.

Post up so I can decide by Sunday whether or not to cage it.
