Got back surgery yesterday and it looks like I will be out for about a week. TV is getting boring and the anesthesia from yesterday wore off. Looks like I will be on the computer all week. No bikes or boarding for a while.

Had mine past summer.... Could not ride for 6 months.. No lifting or doing much of anything .. Stick to the program you only have one back.
