Ride?

Anyone up for a mellow cruise through the foothills? (Thinking of Monday morning meet, 12/29 around 10:30am or so)

I really don't care what route, or where we meet. The forecast looks great.



Any Ideas?

I'm down for meeting just about anywhere in the metro area just as long as we head west!

Bear Creek is REALLY nice right now. Bottom of Deer Creek is also good.

Thanks for the info. I'm game for anywhere. I always keep the pace nice and mellow during the winter months - so we should be good for just about any route.

Nobody wants to wad their precious and freeze their arse off waiting for a tow truck.

Squaw pass is horrible. I would not recommend it.

Bear Creek is VERY nice.

North Turkey, 73, and Deer Creek have gravel and are slow roads for the most part, right now.

Still have it, just tore it down to work on some aesthetics of the bike, should be done by mid January. So until then, I have to kick back and watch everyone have fun.

A HIGH WIND WARNING will go into effect for the foothills west of Denver this evening, where gusts to 80 mph are possible in wind-prone areas.
