Nanny Needed - Live-In/Out

My coworker's wife is pregnant with their second child, and they are working to secure childcare for when the new baby arrives. The cost of 2 kids in a downtown childcare facility are staggering, and they are investigating options of a live-in (room and board provided) or live-out (8-5 gig) nanny.

They are a nice couple, mid-30's with one 2 year old daughter, and a second daughter on the way.

Cost of childcare anywhere is ridiculous. We have twins and we also went the nanny route (Friend of family). Good luck to them.
