Sergio, we all know everyone has choices. We appreciate you chose to come to us to buy your bike, and even though a couple mistakes happened along the way, you chose to give us the chance to fix them. We are more than happy to right the wrong and prove ourselves over and over again. Everyone can make mistakes, its how we fix them and learn from them that shows who we truly are.

I do hope you are extremely happy with your new R6. Like I said, I have the exact same bike in silver and I cant speak better about it, you should truly enjoy it this summer!

Dont forget to come by Friday March 6th for Daytona Bike Night to watch the race on our new big BIG screen and have some pizza and drinks on us! Of course thats extended to everyone.

    See you soon!

Be polite. Be professional. But be prepared to kill everyone you meet.

They must honor the interest rate on the paper quoted to you. If not report them to CIADA and they will face fines/penalties for trying to switch the rates.

    Take it back...period
Glad that all got worked out. I had Lithia Volkswagen up on 104th try and do the ol' bait and switch on me. Ended up costing them 2k to avoid going to court.
