Your tankbag/rucksack/saddle bags ought to include at a minimum:
medical remedies(insulin, snacks, juice, MIDOL, band aids, extra batteries for your pacemaker etc.) to address any and all ailments that may arise during the ride.
map, gps or a compass.
extra underwear and socks.
feminine products as needed!. (if pantyliners are your thing I suggest the ones without wings for we'll be traveling upwards of 10mph over the speedlimit and we dont want you to go airborne at those blistering speeds.)
flashlight.
camera.
self catheterized urine or colostomy bag in case we roll past a gas station and you dont get your chance to relieve yourself!!!

full tube of Preparation H for unexpected hemorhoidal flare ups.

a tent ( in case you get lost) for we Northies have no organiztional skills what so ever
