Did not know where else to put this. Anyone know about the cbr1000rr special edition black motorcycles were produced. I think they are an all black cbr1000rr, with all black hardware. Think it was factory but not sure.

You are correct in 08 Honda produced a LE CBR 1000rr, It was all black including rearsets, passenger pegs, and had special decals for the wheels....
This year it is the Repsol Edition
yes they made one, they're way overpriced (selling for more then sticker) and this year they released a black 09 which looks almost identical to the untrained eye.
Other then that, the new 1000RR is the best bike I've ever owned.
