^^THanks guys every little bit helps! We're working on getting some other educational seminars lined up as well. I think this will be a great opportunity, not only to get your bike ready, but also to get info on various products straight from the distributor as well. This is a rare opportunity so we hope to see you all there!

Just an idea? I was thinking about getting burger and hot dog buns, but wouldn't be able to ride with them. If you wanted to get some and drop them off the day before I'll split the cost? If not, that's cool.

^^^I was planning on buying 80 burgers and 40-60 dogs. Costco is right across the street so if supplies get low its easy to run over there

Food is super cheap at Costco, hell out Grand Opening cost us $167 bucks!

DK, just an idea. Would it be better to just get people to chip in $5 once we have an idea of a head count? I'd be happy to show up early and go over to Costco with someone to help? You're hosting and bringing in demonstrators, I don't think there's a need to put you out of money too. I'm guessing this would be worth at least $5 to the people that are coming. Again, just an idea. Don't want to step on your toes.

Either way it doesn't matter to me, I just hate leaving things until the last minute so I'd rather just purchase/have people drop off the food the night before and if people want to donate a little $$$ to cover the expense, thats fine. I just don't want people to miss out on anything.

A head count is going to be impossible, plus I'm a cowboy so I like to shoot from the hip a little

Just got our new Kendon motorcycle lift in the other day as well! This is shaping up to be a great time, and also a good way to get your bike ready for this season's riding
