HPR *WILL* be ready for Monday's motorcycle only lapping

We didn't get hit with anything like what I'm hearing about in town, the track will be ready. We got a total of about 1" - 2" of snow Friday night and a TON of rain, but NASA was able to put cars on the track at noon today and ran the rest of the day. There is NO snow remaining anywhere so the track will be completely dry on Sunday.

Here's a couple pics I took from the top of my trailer at about 7:15 Saturday evening

Is there a track sweeper at HPR?

I will be there monday and was just wondering how dusty it will be.

yes HPR has a big kick ass sweeper

Not really sure if dust will be a problem after a day and a half of snow and rain.

I was there to watch and take some pictures towards the end of the day. It was a nice day and there was a HUGE turnout of bikes. I'll upload my pics when I get home.

He's the guy wearing racing leathers sitting in the cab of the huge-ass sweeper tractor.

You should see him dragging knee through the corkscrew on that thing.

The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."
