That dealership sucks. IMO, you're better off with someone like newenough or flatout.

What issues did you have? I bought a helmet through them for a good price and quick shipping. I didn't have any problems, but it has been my only purchase through them so far.

waited
waited
waited some more
waited even longer
called and was told the part was on backorder, they added that no one had the part right now
i made one phone call and had the part the next day
note to self, don't deal with these people again

I've made 3 orders through them for clearance stuff and tires. The only problem I encountered was that some of the clearance stuff was no longer in stock. Service was great over the phone.
But I did visit the place in person when I was in Phoenix last year and I wasn't that impressed.
