Hello,

I am helping out with the 4th Annual Dogs & Hogs Poker Run, to benefit Table Mountain Animal Center. Our ride is quickly approaching, and I would like to invite you (and all of the members of your club) to attend this year’s run.

This year the ride will start at Table Mountain Animal Center and end up at Top Gun Motorsports. There will be shopping, food and a band at the event. In addition, we will have prizes, drawings, a silent auction, and, of course, a great ride for a great cause.

The ride is on Saturday, July 11, 2009. Registration starts at 9:30 am at Table Mountain Animal Center. The last rider goes out at 10:30 am. The cost is $20.00 per single rider and $30.00 for two-up. Extra hands are $10.00 each. The ride will go through the foothills of Jefferson County and will end with live music and prizes for the winners. Please, if possible, add us to your ride/event calendar and put the word about the ride out to your membership. If there is anything else you need in order to get the word out to your membership, or if you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I will also be very happy to mail (or email) you posters and/or flyers for the event. Just let me know if you would like for me to do either one.
