    And you thought Ducatis were high maintenance...

    I'm working on a bike right now, a VSTAR 650 and it has 4K valve adjustment intervals.

    And people complain about Ducati and 6k Sheeesh.

    I had a V Star 1100, which also had 4K intervals on the valves.

    However, it was a real simple job and the valves usually didn't need any adjustment.

    Changing the oil filter was more of a bitch than a valve adjustment. The front exhaust pipe had to be removed to get to the oil filter.
