    Re: Dyna Beads

What size bag? I'm a dynabeads distributor and can match or beat internet price.

I'll definately be lower than 4.75 and oz, all depends on bag size though as I only carry 1 oz($4.25)-2oz ($6.75) bags in stock.

The best way to balance your tires. I have a 07 CBR with @ 4,000 miles on Michellin PP and they still have over 1/2 of thier treadlife left. Keep in mind this is on a rental!

    Re: Dyna Beads

so if I'm understanding this right these beads go inside the tire and in turn balance it through centrifical displacement?

    Re: Dyna Beads

Correct, keeping your tire in perfect balance throughout its life cycle. You will get more mileage out of your tires and best part they are totally re-usable, you only have to buy them once!

Michelin, Bridgestone, etc. all warrenty thier tires with this product in them as well.

    Re: Dyna Beads

Sash, that is correct. I had 303 mount some tires for me a few weeks ago and I have about 2500 miles on them and the beads work fantastic! Highly recommended and no ugly weights on your rims.

    Re: Dyna Beads

    Found this info: link

Can I use Dyna Beads for motorcycle road racing?
No. The inner liner compound of motorcycle road racing tires is too soft to allow Dyna Beads to perform properly. (this does not apply to off-road motorcycle racing)
    Interesting data.

    Re: Dyna Beads

So you have little balls/beads floating around inside your tire? Do you hear them? Do they shake around?

    Re: Dyna Beads

We do have a couple racers using them as long as you stay away from softer compounds (anything softer than a medium) you won't have a problem.

They are ceramic beads so they don't attract moisture and once their in you can't hear them at all.

why have I never heard of these before?
the bonus is for sure the absence of the archaic lead weights on the rims.
I'm definitely getting little balls put in @ my next tire change and yes I'll take my business to 303.
    thanks for the info gentlemen

    Re: Dyna Beads

On a typical sportbike you put 1oz in the front and 2oz in the rear any "extra little balls" will self-balance themselves out around the tire.

By all means feel free to stop on by and you can see for yourself as I have them in all my rental bikes and every mount and balance I do. Truly a great product that I stand behind 100%

303 put them in my bike. You don't hear them at all. No weights on the rim and the tires feel great.

    Good times!

    Re: Dyna Beads

See doing car tires everything I have seen that says it does stuff like this are compete junk and dont work. Here are a few things to think about. 1 Mich tires are the shit and don't really fall out of balance ever 2 they are motorcycle tires that dont really take weight as it is.

I rode my zx6 with a bent rim as I found out later from the guy I sold it to I never got even a little bit of a vib from it.

Now I am not saying these are junk because I have never seen them in itself but based on what I have seen from other products you will probly never see me running something like this. Just my 2 cents

    Re: Dyna Beads

^^I guess if every Michelin is in balance every tire shop that puts weights on is just ripping people off then?

Michelin, Bridgestone, Dunlop engineers have all studied this product and came to the conclusion that it works and doesn't void the tire's warrenty. However I'm sure your 3 months experience at Big O Tires has you covered though? Exactly where did you get your engineering degree?

Funny, I've sold these to over 100+ customers and heard nothing but rave reviews about how they correct vibration, tire wear, etc.

Your .02 cents would have been better off in a money market account........

    Re: Dyna Beads

Almost 3 years at Discount so ya a little more then 3 months. But I didnt say Mich didn't ever need weight just really doesn't fall out of balance once first balanced. I have just seen so many things simliar to these that never seem to work. And I say that as in were always taking the crap out because the customers having balance issues. Who know these may be different but you won't see me using it unless its free to try thats about the only way you could maybe sell me on the stuff.

Or maybe I do need an engineering degree to be able to see and understand this stuff first hand.

I am not trying to be a dick in anyway just sharing what I have seen.
