We are also refered to as "Southies" usually by the Northies. They use it like an insult, becuase secretly, they all want to be us.

But the fashionable term these days is "Dirty South," or "Dirty Souf." Most will relate that back to the Nappy Roots, and while they really brought the term into the mainstream, I prefer to relate it to The Drive By Truckers, as lyrically, its a lot closer to who we are.

We try to caution all folks new to our particular flavor of internet sarcasasm, do not judge us by what you see here. Lots of good folks with a lot of diverse interest, as Zeta alluded to. Some parts do not mix well together, but that doesn't make them any less of a rider.

Well guys it looks like 70% rain today and checking NOAA theres rain coming right for us and soon. Im thinking we should reschedule but Ill be there in case anyone is dead set for riding. I already have plans for tomorrow so I cant tomorrow. Crap! Dang Colorado weather! LOL!

well u wernt there their was 6 other bikes we got a lil wet and turned back i saw 2 cops pull over somoen just on the way then on way back home i saw 2 different cops chasin 2 cars. Watch i 25 its packed with cops!

Just got home from the appointment this morning (turned out to be good news) -- tomorrow (Sunday) Shannon and I were thinking about leaving in the morning and being back in the Springs by 4pm to meet up with my folks for a father's day cookout.

We were thinking either Evergreen or Bishops -- weather is supposed to be great tomorrow and Monday!

Ha ha! We went too, 4 of us, we were chompin at the bit to hopefully beat some of the rain but didnt happen, got soaked! It was slick once we got up there. I already ride like a wimp in the rain, plus new tires so I was really skittish. We were losing grip everytime we hit any tar so we decided too call it quits. But on a better note I changed my plans around and am free tomorrow!! Supposed to be really nice who wants to ride and where you wanna meet?
