So I was playing with my dog in the living today, we were rough-housing a bit with my macbook pro 2.4 15" on my computer stand about 5 feet away. Well he gets a little hyper and runs right by it. The power cord pulled out as it should, apple made it magnetic so if it got pulled out it wouldnt pull the laptop, but my mouse is a usb. The dog pulled the fairly new laptop down to the ground right on its side!!!!
So now I am just going to add $500 to my already growing list of shit I can afford because it screwed up the bottom and top case, luckily the LCD or the screen wasnt damaged...Unless someone knows somebody who has parts!
