I understand what everybody is saying but to say that it is fun riding a new configuration is stupid because its half the track. Your not riding the whole track and your paying full price. WEAK

Actually, it's over 78% of the track. Full = 2.55 miles vs. West = 2.00 miles.

Out of curiousity, what would you be willing to pay for the West course?

Since my thread was linked up above I just want to go on record as saying HPR is great in whatever configuration , although I'm pretty sure I'd *prefer* the full course 100% of the time. But that's just me...

Ok its like going to Elitches say the one ride you wanted to ride was closed and because of that they should have charged you less. 1 not gonna happen 2 you still go and ride other rides.

Like others have said if you don't like it don't go.

Great business plan, eliminate part of your service (for no good reason except "because we can", and just be willing to take the hit in the books just because "if you don't like it dont come". Maybe if they chase off enough patrons they can survive on donations.

I dont think complaining about it on any forum is gonna make a difference.

Everybody is gonna have opinions, and yet there is no opinion that is gonna make you think it is fair or vice versa. So there is really no point to this conversation.

I dont bitch about the cost or the new config. I personally am not the biggest fan of the new config. but I dont hate it. Either way you are still riding and having fun. If you think it costs too much then dont ride it.

I guess the reasoning is because MRA is running their next race in that configuration and racers would want to practice the different track, since racers do frequent the track days. I still say you should vote with your wallet..

You could always pay 210 dollars for the short track at Miller? I'm sorry, 190 if you get registered early. 150.00 is not bad for HPR. I'm surprised he does not jack up the price.
