    Spyder Rider Report

This weekend my wife and I had the pleasure of taking out the Can Am Spyder from Colorado Sport Bike Rentals. For our trip we decided to take a pass through RMNP since it was a fee free weekend and neither of us had been all the way through the park.
The park has some amazing views and the high elevation kept it nice and cool. The bike also did great as a two up ride as it was super comfortable for rider and passenger and the stability of the third wheel made the frequent stops that take place in the parks a non issue.
From the park we continued into Grand Lake for lunch at Grand Lake pizza. The pizza their is top notch and by the time we got their we were pretty much starving. After walking around for a bit at the days event we continued on through Winter Park, over berthoud pass and back into town.
This was a pretty long trip for two people that dont street ride. But again the bike was comfortable enough for us enjoy the entire trip. If your looking for way to experience a good two up ride through the slower parts of the state then the Spyder is for you.

Traffic was good considering it was a free park weekend. The construction on the west side of the park kind of sucked but it was only for 5 or 6 miles if I recall.

It really makes me miss my street bike.

I think we saw you on our ride on Sunday - when we got back down we talked about how many spyders we saw...I think our total was 4 or maybe 6 depending on which of us you ask!

    Glad you had fun!!
