Took a little dual sport ride

Highlands Ranch to Fairplay. A lot of it was pavement jsut because I was unsure of where all of the fuel stops would be Basically we took the following route:

    Sante Fe to Sadalia

Sadalia to Rampart then on to Deckers on 67

126 to Buffalo Creek for fuel.

Back on 126 to FSR 550

    FSR 550 to FSR 560

    FSR560 to Bailey for fuel

In Bailey, met with the women folks and then took 285 all the way into Fairplay.

The ivy is GONE thanks to sweetie Pie and her cures

The head is ok but my neck is killing me. Hip is a bruised a bit but not bad. I got off easy. Some others took harder dives than I did.

It's funny, I rode Sweeties Gixx into work this morning and having to hold my head at that angle again, I am now seeing brown out of my right eye, again. Might be time to go get it looked at.

    Looks like a good time.

I'd love to add a dual sport or pure off-road toy to the stable.

Damn, I need a bigger garage...

Re: Took a little dual sport ride

I will put some dirt on it and it will buff right out! LOL

I was following Dean and Jeff up a hill made of sharp glass and rusty car bodies when I lost traction and leaned the bike over on a tree. Basically, I was holding up the bike and my body using my neck muscles with the side of my head on the tree. Strained to upright it and heard a pop, lost vision in my right eye. I think i just pulled or pinched a nerve. Not sure. I got some Tussin. It will all be good.
