When I arrived, you were gone to lunch and unresponsive to my emails to your blackberry. You locked your computer so I could not perform the work you needed done ASAP.

Were you thinking I was going remove the power supply from your computer and lock it in my office until I return to work on Monday? If you were, you were right.

Do NOT create and URGENT request and then go unresponsive. You wouldn't like missing your deadline. Neither will your boss.

Wow, welcome to my world - I left Jon, x number of emails and phone calls and he never returns my calls & emails and no one is helping me... of course, I have records of all my correspondence (they hate that I have a paper trail).

exactly first initial last name. Hard to spell I know, funny thing is I'm a Sr. System Administrator...how something like this got escalated to tier 3 is beyond me. I thought that my days of helping stupid people read and spell were over when I stopped working on a help desk.
