Pinging site admins

Just to start, this issue doesn't concern this site but happening on another forum. They are using vBulletin® Version 3.8.2

Have you seen an issue with Sent PM's not updating. The sent PMs also don't show up when you toggle to Sent PM's. This is not a major issue since PM's are getting through I'm just curious of your experiences since this site uses vBulletin also.

Some versions have an "outbox" feature where the sent message rremains in the outbox until it us picked up by the recipient. If you send a PM check your outbox and see if it's there. The message will move to the sent box when the recipient opens it.
