    High side: brake sound?

So, I roll my bike forward in neutral and I hear a definitive sound coming from the front rotars (cant tell which one). Its a rubbing/ squeak sound that is happening in a pattern. I recently high sided my bike and I'm thinking I have ever so slightly bent one of my front rotors. Does this sound logical? Thanks.

not likely, more likely would be the forks are twisted in the triple clamps
And it is brake not break

put the bike on a front triple stand if you have one. spin the wheel then and watch the rotors to see if they wobble at all. like bueller said, its more likely the forks are twisted. you will want to loosing everything up (front wheel axle, pinch bolts, lower triple) then lower the bike and push it down a few times to get everything seated and straight, then re-tighten. you could also remove the front wheel and make sure the axle it lubed up really good. also use two dowels, one on the top triple and one on the lower to help see if the forks are twisted.

Thanks for the advice! I do not have a triple stand or any other way to get the front wheel off the ground. I'm guessing this is something that a shop could do for cheap? I would love to do it myself, but don't have the tools.

You don't need a stand to straighten the forks.

From what I've seen, a boot works pretty well...

Genius! It worked! You guys are great!

I put the bike up on the rear stand and loosened up the top and bottom triple clamps just a bit. Then, gave it a couple bobs with front brake. Torqued it back up, set it down, and boom. Problem solved.

I'm sure it wasn't the best or most technical way of doing it. But hey, it worked. Thanks again.

...now I just need to fix everything else.

FYI, lube on the axle only serves to make it easier to get in and out. Nothing actually spins around the axle itself; the bearings are the part that moves. Lubing the shite out of it just makes a mess and attracts dirt.
