    What happens if people bail on the first suite or dont send in their money for the first suite? Are the spots that are filled in the second going to go and fill the first suite? This could SCREW alot of peeps!!!!!

    I don't expect it to happen, to be honest, but if people in Suite 1 do fail to pay their balances, and suite 2 is still not completely sold out... (AND I MEAN COLLECTED FOR.), then yes... Everything stays the same.

    The balances unpaid will get bumped to Suite 2, and people who have paid in full, *from* Suite 2, will take those spots in Suite 1. (in the order of which they paid).
