    Best prices

Who knows the best place to swap tires out? I am picking up a set of take off's and the place I called charges $27.50 per tire to change out. Thats pretty costly when its two tires and I have to put my regular tires back on. So anyone know where its cheaper?

I was just like you. Paying $60 to mount and balance a set of tires. One Sunday I needed to swap tires bad so I could go on an early Mon. morning ride. Ofcourse nobody is open, so I said F**K it. I went down to harbor freight and bought a bead breaker for $19.99 and a balancer for $59.99. I already had a set of irons for changing dirt bike tires. I was intimidated by changing tires on a sportbike. It's actually twice as easy as changing dirtbike tires. You don't have a tube to mess with and you have alot more rubber to play with. They go on like butter compared to a dirtbike tire on a skinny rim.

For $80 you never have to worry about this again, assuming you have race stands. Even if you don't you can get a set for $80. In three tire changes all this stuff will pay for itself.

I was looking at getting another set of rims off ebay for the same idea. I will have to look into that when I get back from this deployment. Thanks for the idea.
