I am assuming that the huge group of sportbikes I saw at the BBQ shack in Lyons while I was refueling was you guys and gals?
If so, it looks like you had a great turn-out. I hope your ride was enjoyable and coupon-free. You honestly could not have asked for better weather.
Maybe next time I will take the time to walk over and introduce myself instead of being the Ducati snob who just wants to get home after the 250-mile ride and have a cold one.

We were at the blue something or other a brewery. And YES you should stop by next time. Oh and that was only half of the people .

Sorry I had to bail so early Folks. My x's grams that I was close to was rushed to the hospital yesterday for internal bleeding. Checked my phone after the 3rd stop off and had a message saying the bleeding had worsened. I had to bail. I bailed pretty quick, Only took 15 mins from lyons through boulder back to westminster. it was an awsome day tho! Hope the rest of you enjoyed the time up there! wasn't too shabby with the wind but man did some of those people get pretty peeved when we passed them by!

If you were the Yellow Ducati that waved at us from the pumps, then yes we were there. And that was less than half by then.

Yeah, there were about 50 or so on today's ride. I think 11 or 12 of us ate in Lyons, a bunch split off and went home, then another group went to Estes. All in all a great ride.

it's not a matter of keeping up, its a matter of YOU riding YOUR pace. and for gettin better, its easier one on one with another person, maybe 2, one in front and one behind you. I'm willin to hit the canyons with you if you need a buddy. Kinda like weight liftin, A spotter. Just remember on rides like these, GO YOUR PACE! DON'T THINK, That's when you over-analyze!
