Question: Need to dump some old carpets...

Any one know a cheap service that hauls away old carpeting? We just ripped out the carpeting and installed flooring.

I just called 1-800-Got-Junk and they have a minimum price of $130!

Otherwise, anyone know where I can take the old carpeting to dump it?

    Thanks in advance...

How good shape is it in? I need some for my basement. If it isn't full of cat pee, I'll take some tonight when I am down there. I may need to borrow the trailer at that point though.

I doubt you'd want them Adam. No cat pee but definitely old and they are cut up already (we were hoping our garbage company would take them)...

Any landfills or dumps I can take them to?

There's a dump on Hwy 93 just south of Coal Creek canyon. http://www.matchpoint.com/business/G...ces/dadchjcdee

Not sure on prices, but I took in a 5 yard trailer for $70

Cool. Thanks Ryan. Tried calling them but apparently their phone lines are down... Allied Waste is my garbage company anyways so we'll see!
