Thinking about a run up to Salida via 115, 50, 285, 24 and back to the springs. Pace is dependent on who goes, weather and how much I've eaten for breakfast. So if anyone is game post up and we'll pick a departure time and location. Thinking 9am from south side of town. Well....???

meet at the shell station on 115 and S. Academy @ 9AM. We'll head out at 930 sharp. We can discuss (change, as in shorter ride) the route if things look ify for weather.

Head out Navada until you hit 115 and turn right onto S. Academy and head west 1 blk., it's on the right, you can't miss it.
or take Academy past 115 (Nevada) look to your right on the west end of the shopping strip.

Weather is looking bad. Is light rain and fog here in the north east side @ 7am. At 8:30 will post if it's a go or not. I for one, don't enjoy riding in the rain very much. Maybe it will burn off?

Yeah not looking good. Especially for riding further South. Chilly, wet, and looks like more rain is coming. Can't even see the mountains it's so foggy/ cloudy. I'm tired of this damn rain!

And it turned into the perfect day, of course.
I know! I ended up working on my car though and didn't get to ride until it was dark. A lame 130 mile weekend on the bike.

But was too late in the day to go anywhere. I ended going out 24 to Falcon and back home, enough to charge the battery a little bit. The morning was trashed and so was a ride. I don't mind running into bad weather while out, but to start and finish in bad weather sucks. Football anyone? hahaha (not a big fan of it, but is better than being cold and wet).
