Been out of the game for a while..

I raced motocross for a while when i was younger.. (7-8 years ago) Since then i sold all the bikes and got out. I'm wanting to get back in again.. Not racing just some track and trail.. I left riding a 97 cr250... Loved that bike. Looking to get back onto a cr250 again. Or am i better suited on a 4 stroke? Seems thats what everyone is riding now a days. The girlfriend also wants to ride. She's never ridden a motorcycle and is 5'4. I was thinking a kx100 or possibly a Yz125 but she might be to short? I don't want to waste money on a ttr125 when i know she will outgrow the slowness of it.

How 'bout a 99 CR250? It's been overhauled and has not been ridden for about three years. Great bike for $2K.

Exactly the kind of bike i want! I used to have one just like it, mean bike. To bad i don't have 2k ;(
