I thought was installed and plugged in ...not installed.. properly... cannot import or burn CD... so uninstalled.... tried to reinstall and says cannot configure.. I will have to try again to get exact error..

tried to reinstall serveral times with ipod not being plugged in.... reason plugged in before was to charge... fully charged and have not plug back in since...trying your link right now...

Unless of course it's a brand new iPod, then Apple has made it painfully difficult(and threatened legal action) for anyone besides them to sync with their device.

OMG I dont have a tool bar like that....

I go to computer.... there is not a MY computer.... the top tool bar has options

Oraganize-Views- System Properties-Uninstall or change a program- Map network drove

Make sure to uninstall any previous version of itunes and quicktime and delete any registry entries. restart and try installing one more time. if that doesnt work call apple. you bought their product and they should provide you with support.
