    2nd Annual "Dinner in Durango" Trip - Oct. 2nd & 3rd (2010!)

Last year's trip ended up being more of a "make your own way to Durango and let's meet there for dinner", and it turned out pretty well, so I'm not going to mess with that formula.

I still haven't picked my route, but I'm gonna book a room at the Holiday Inn this time (cuz that's where all the cool kids stayed last year) - there was a festival in Durango last year which had most of the hotels booked up, and even tho it was the week before, I'm not gonna take that chance again.

    It's like deja-vu all over again - who's interested?

Very sad panda, funds are running out too quickly, do to working on the house and now replacing a very large piece of tempered glass on my car.

This is so frustrating: I'm looking at the photos from last year and it reminds me of the great time I had with everybody! Why oh why does my "non-bike" life have to get in the way???

Anyone who's on the fence about this trip... Go. Ride. It. Red Mountain Pass/US550/Million Dollar Highway or whatever you want to call the road- wicked beautiful, sweeping curves, tight twisties. Oh, and you'll always have a good time with Spiderman!

I am, but......dammit!.....I'm still gonna be here until around the 15th. Dunno exactly when I'm going to get laid off yet, but it'll be after then. Well, have a great, safe trip folks!

Not anymore... I'm backing out of this years trip. I need a break, so I'm taking one. Sorry. Whoever still wants to do this trip is more than welcome to make it happen, it'll just be without me.

Let's see the new date! If this year's October weather is anything like September's, it COULD be a go for me.
