Was anyone fortunate enough to not have work today so they could stay up and watch the Malaysian GP last night? If you didn't see it, SPEED will air it at 6pm EST today. 125cc and moto2 was pretty entertaining too. Woowee

It was a good race. Glad to see Rossi back in form. Started off horribly but he pulled his usual tricks and caught back up quickly.
I kinda felt bad for Lorenzo after with his couple of blunders....(although I did find myself laughing uncontrollably)

I can not feel bad for him since he took the overall title. I would like to see him come out strong during the next race to make a statement that even though he has won the title he still wants to win races.
Even though he lost the world title, Rossi is still the man and he proved it in this race. Working from 11th place to first, Rossi was going around the other riders like they were standing still.
I read this article last week and one line stuck out...
Lorenzo vs. Rossi: Rivalry Escalates
Without a championship to win, Rossi’s only real pleasure can come at beating down his upstart rivals.
Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.
"The Italian has an uncanny knack at always coming out ahead in any media exchange with a rival. He remains the people’s champion, and Lorenzo’s attempts to emulate can’t change that fact, no matter how he tries. The Mallorcan’s post-race celebrations seem a pale shadow compared to Rossi’s genuine hucksterism, with Lorenzo’s embarrassing moon landing schtick at Laguna Seca the most egregious example"
and this is why I dont like george as a person- he tries to have charisma!--he's actually about as entertaining off the track as Stoner...both excellent riders
oh yeah anyone catch how lorenzo wouldnt shake Ben Spies hand? but he shook everyone else's---what a dick i thought....and it'll be interesting to see how this will play out next year as they are team mates...
Lots of truth in that article Salsa... And Rossi can and is making a statement by repeatedly beating Lorenzo in these last couple of races.
I also noticed when Lorenzo seemed to refuse to shake Spies' hand after the race. That was a dick move. Before the race they were asking Lorenzo and Rossi about the incident at last weeks race. Rossi was basically laughing about it, while Lorenzo acted as if he didn't remember what happened. Weak.
I liked Toni Elias' "quick change" celebration. That took some effort to change the bike and the rider that fast!
